Mr Meneses' consulting engineering experience is the result of a 23-year design-focused endeavor in the built environment and industrial sectors. His consulting efforts have taken place geographically in Washington, DC, Minneapolis, MN and St. Louis, MO.

In addition, Mr. Meneses has contributed his unique and varied talents alongside highly recognized top national firms as noted below.

He is recognized for his electrical engineering work in laboratories, data centers, transportation hubs, healthcare, waste water, K-12 and justice facilities where important infrastructure components such as indoor/outdoor lighting, power distribution, fire alarm, voice/data, security and electrical controls systems are required.

His design approach integrates the salient components of the Owner's vision and transforms them into high quality engineering deliverables. This strategy reassures the Client the project’s goals are being fulfilled.

Mr. Meneses received his electrical engineering degree from Iowa State University and holds professional registrations in MO, IL and MN.

He resides in the greater St. Louis area and is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
