University of Missouri East Campus Chilled Water Plant-Columbia, Missouri [2006-2013]
Electrical design including lighting, power, fire alarm, communication and access control systems for this new facility containing three (3) 1,500 ton chillers with provisions for an additional one. The design includes roof top mounted cooling towers and chilled water treatment sub-systems.

University of St Louis (UMSL) South Campus Utilities Master Plan Report - Normandie, Missouri [2006-2013]
An electrical narrative which analyzed the condition of the existing power delivery system including the utility side and university side medium voltage distribution schemes. The study also presented several power delivery options which the university could adopt in order to achieve a more robust and stable distribution system based on system redundancies and Life Cycle Costs.

Western Illinois University Chiller Replacements for Currens, Horrabin and Stipes Halls – Macomb, Illinois [2006-2013]
Electrical design for the replacement of absorption chillers with air cooled chillers at each of the sites. The upgrades required new medium voltage gear and step-down transformers which would serve each of two (2); splicing the University’s medium voltage loop was necessary in order to add capacity at the two sites.

St Charles County-MK Branch Library Renovation-O’Fallon, MO [2000-2006]
Renovation and Addition of 10,000 sq.ft. to the main building. Modification of the Lighting and Power systems, including relocation of the service transformer.

University of Missouri Assessment Resource Center – Columbia, MO [1995-1998]
Power, lighting, fire protection, data/communication raceway system. Converted warehouses into offices.
