Arc Flash Assessment Study for Large Coal Mining Concern – Western U.S.[2014]
75 Bus SKM Model developed for a multi-voltage system ranging from 69kV through 480V; the system includes multiple transformer types, overhead and underground cabling, medium voltage relays, power circuit breakers, fuses, and molded case circuit breakers. The 75 Bus SKM model and report was utilized to yield Short Circuit, Time Current Curve and Arch Flash data for analysis.

Ameren Rush Island Compressor Replacement Project [2013]
Replacement of compressor fleet including power and control modifications for five (5) machines of varying medium and low voltages including extensive modifications and revisions to existing plan documentation.

Marathon Petroleum Critical Power/Control Wiring Assessment – Five (5) Terminals [2013]
Field wiring inventory for update of critical safety systems drawings containing single line, ladder and control sequence diagrams in addition to site plan conduit and critical wiring circuits.

Ameren Emissions Monitoring Project – Eleven (11) Power Plants [2006-2013]
Provided electrical engineering design for the installation of Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems equipment. The CEMS equipment is housed in dedicated shelters within the power plant’s property and served from the power plant’s existing utility infrastructure. Design for the implementation of multiple Mercury CEMS Systems including power distribution design, umbilical conveying system design and cable plant design for instrumentation and monitoring to meet the CEMS system requirements.

Oklahoma Gas & Electric Emissions Monitoring Project [2006-2013]
Two (2) Power Plants – Oklahoma Gas and Electric (OGE) Muskogee and Sooner Sites. Design for the implementation of Mercury CEMS Systems including power distribution design, umbilical conveying system design and cable plant design for instrumentation and monitoring to meet the CEMS system requirements. Provided electrical engineering design for the installation of Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems equipment. The CEMS equipment is housed in dedicated shelters within the power plant’s property and served from the power plant’s existing utility infrastructure.

Grand River Dam Authority Emissions Monitoring Project – Choteau, Oklahoma [2006-2013]
One (1) Power Plant – Grand River Dam Authority Choteau, Oklahoma Site. Ameren Coffeen Power Plant Feed Boiler Water Upgrade – Coffeen Illinois [2006-2013]
Project management and design for the implementation of a temporary DI/RO trailer-mounted boiler feed water system and disconnection/removal of the existing open tank system which in its place would receive a new DI/RO system complete with conductivity, turbidity and sodium analyzers. The new electrical and controls system required the necessary redundancy to continue operation.
