City of St Louis-1520 Market Street Elevator Bank Upgrade Project [2006-2013]
Lead engineer for the renovation of five(5) existing MG driven elevators with newer AC power electronic controlled elevators. The renovation also included replacing the existing machine room lighting system and upgrades to the existing fire alarm and telephone systems. Performed review and approval of the 20 Bus SKM model and report containing the expected Short Circuit, Time Current Curve and Arc Flash data.

City of St Louis-City Hall (5 Floors) Energy Efficient Retrofit Tasks [2006-2013]
Lead engineer for an aggressive energy savings design consisting in the complete replacement of the existing T12 lamp platform to a more energy efficient T8 lamp platform for this large facility. In addition, the design included strategically fitting some areas of the building with occupancy sensors and daylight harvesting equipment.
