Washington Ave Streetscape Improvements [Grand Center Incorporated] St. Louis, MO [2016]
Electrical improvements included the removal of existing decorative street lighting and their replacement with new LED source Pedestrian and Vehicular standards (selected by lighting designer), receptacle power at tree well locations and irrigation system. Electrical metered power was derived from an existing Ameren pad mount transformer and distributed from a new Integrated Power Center to all receptacle and irrigation system loads; the new Lighting standards were connnected to existing branch circuit power by intercepting existing street lighting circuits. Significant coordination with City Street Lighting Department, Neighbors, Stakeholders and the serving Electrical Utility was required to accomplish sound deliverables.
Ward 9 CCTV PTZ and LPR Camera Installation-St. Louis, MO [2016]
New camera installation at 25 (twenty-five) mid to major intersections in Ward 9; cameras were of the PTZ (pan zoom tilt) and LPR (license plate reader) types. Low voltage power for all cameras was provided in addition to signal type cabling and fiber.

Tilles Park New Recreation Splash Pad and Upgrades-St. Louis, MO [2015]
Electrical improvements included installation of a water splash pad and a new electrical service replacement to the park’s existing and outdated service. The project also included a lengthy 800 foot feeder run from the electrical service location in the main building to the spash pad’s panelboard; the panelboard was located within a weatherproof enclosure and supported on a pedestal. A large portion of the raceway system was installed underground.
Lindenwood Park New Gazebo and Stage Upgrades-St. Louis, MO [2015]
Electrical improvements included installation of special receptacles and lighting infrastructure and controls within the stages Gazebo intended for presentations. All new electrical infrastructure was fed from the existing service panelboard located in the main building. A large portion of the raceway system was installed underground.
Energy upgrades at the waste water treatment plant which consisted of replacing five (5) conventional starters with five (5) variable frequency drives to power the brush rotors in the oxidation ditches. Replacement of three (3) existing centrifugal blowers with three (3) new turbo blowers rated at 50hp each. Upgrades to existing control systems were also included in this design.
State of Missouri W.E. Sears Youth Center Water System Improvements – Poplar Bluff, Missouri [2006-2013]
Major water system improvements including replacement of the existing water tank from 15.000 gallons to 50,000 gallons for campus domestic and fire water use. A new well pump required upgrades to the electrical and control systems which included replacement of the existing gas-fired generator set with a larger diesel-fired generator set.
State of Missouri W.E. Sears Youth Center Electrical Service and Generator Upgrades – Poplar Bluff, Missouri [2006-2013]
Several campus buildings including dormitories, kitchen and administration buildings required the air conditioning and some power loads to be connected to stand-by power. As a result, the design included major upgrades for the existing electrical service and stand-by generator plant including a larger fuel capacity for a minimum of a 48 period duration. A design which required multiple transfer switches was implemented also.
City of Centralia – Rehabilitation of City Well Water #3 – Centralia, MO [2006-Present]Complete rehabilitation of the City’s 125hp submersible pump and including the well pump building housing the equipment. Design included new lighting, convenience power, power to pump control panel, raceways for SCADA system and new feeders for the new well submersible cable.
Great Rivers Greenway Chase – Rehabilitation of approximately five miles of trails in South City – St Louis, MO[2006-2013]
Lighting of the entrances at both ends of this segment of trail. One end was fitted with solar lights while the other one was fitted with LED lighting wired from an existing LED pole circuit. A boring technique was utilized to extend the existing branch circuit.
Metropolitan St Louis Sewer District Lemay Pump Station Replacement - St. Louis, Missouri [2000-2006]
Study and design for the replacement of an existing Pump Station with this new 1600HP (aggregate) Pump Station. The design included dual (preferred and back-up) 4.16KV feeders to a double-ended automatic transfer switchgear line-up. In addition, the pumps were powered via medium voltage VFD controllers.
